Design of a custom Shield or HAT extension board for Arduino or Raspberry Pi, featuring one or two functions maximum* (up to 15~20 components*).

Based on your specifications* and/or existing design files, we will operate as follows:

  1. Gathering all the required documents
  2. Engineering, selection of electronic parts
  3. Electric schematic capture
  4. Board layout (drawing)
  5. Creation of the fabrication files
Delivery lead time**: generally 2 weeks from reception of the purchase order and all the input elements.
Deliverables on completion of the project (digital files** sent to you by e-mail):
  • Manufacturing files including: Gerber, NC Drill, Layer drawings, Pick-and-Place parts list, Assembly drawings
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
* The functions to be developed are subject to prior acceptance by our engineering team. Any additional work beyond the initial scope will be charged extra.
** Unless if you choose our manufacturing service as an option, the supply of custom parts corresponding to our design is NOT included! You are responsible for making the parts yourself, with the help of the provided manufacturing files.
